I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty-five years of psychology and counseling experience. I have experience in both the public and private sector and have gained a wide range of experience in the field of mental health treatment. I currently work in my own private practice in Longview, Texas, and serve the East Texas area.
My therapeutic approach to counseling is primarily cognitive and solution-based. Techniques are integrated in order to provide an individualized approach appropriate for each client. Support and practical feedback are offered to help clients tap into their own strengths to address life challenges. I offer compassion and understanding, and encourage personal responsibility to help my clients achieve their goals toward a more rewarding life.
